This resource will walk you through a series of questions to help you reflect on your executive functioning skills. Sometimes the behaviors and struggles you have on a daily basis aren’t actually noticeable until someone points them out – that’s what this assessment is for!
You will be asked a series of questions separated into 11 categories. The questions will prompt you to reflect on your behaviors, your struggles, and your habits. You will also have a space under each category to type or write any observations, thoughts, or realizations you have as you answer the questions.
