Financial Coaching: How to Pay for Services

Feeling stuck because you want support but aren’t sure how to pay for the support you need?

Most families and professionals don’t realize how many flexible options exist — from pre-tax accounts to employer programs and scholarships — that can make executive functioning coaching or similar services affordable.

In this 30-minute personalized session, we’ll help you understand your options, prepare any documentation you might need, and walk away with a clear plan for funding the support that fits you best.

Objectives:

• Identify which funding options (FSA/HSA, 529, ABLE, EAPs, grants, etc.) may apply to your situation.

• Learn how to document and submit expenses for potential reimbursement or coverage.

• Compare your financial pathways for Keymaker Services and similar providers.

• Leave with a clear, actionable plan for your next steps.

Upon receipt of your payment, you will be provided with information on how to schedule your consultation.

We expect our clients to arrive at their appointments on time (whether in person or virtual). If you are not present and ready to begin within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be considered to have canceled without notice and will be charged for the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 business hours of notice will also be charged in full, as will no-shows.
