This introductory package is designed for individuals who are ready to begin developing practical executive functioning skills through individualized support. Whether you’re building on insights from a consultation or assessment, or beginning your executive functioning journey, this package provides a structured foundation to help you move from understanding challenges to implementing meaningful strategies.

Over the course of up to four individualized sessions, you’ll work collaboratively to strengthen executive functioning skills, develop personalized systems and strategies, and build momentum toward your goals. This package is designed to provide focused support while determining the most appropriate next steps for ongoing services.

Upon receipt of your payment, our team will contact you to schedule your Executive Function Skills Training sessions and provide any additional information needed to get started.

We expect our clients to arrive at their appointments on time (whether in person or virtual). If you are not present and ready to begin within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be considered to have canceled without notice and will be charged for the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 business hours of notice will also be charged in full, as will no-shows.
