Absolutely everyone needs a break and needs to learn what to do when frustrated. This activity will help you to identify what caused the frustration, to reflect on what you did to calm yourself, and what choices you have available to you.
The Resource
You will understand what causes frustration and the various ways to calm yourself or take a break. You will be able to use the checklist to recognize the choices that you have during your break, as well as the choices available to reset yourself after your break.
